1. Who we are

2. Data Everwe handles
Account and device identifiers
The current app creates a random installation identifier and secret on your device. The secret is stored in the iOS Keychain and is exchanged for a secure access token. We use these pseudonymous identifiers to authenticate your installation and keep one shared space separate from another.
Profile and shared-space information
We process the display name you provide, pair membership, invite status, and the identifiers needed to connect exactly two members.
Content and activity
When you use Everwe, we process plans, scheduled dates, completion records, short notes, sticker choices, Sparks ledger entries, reactions, and lightweight signals. The current app does not upload photos, videos, contacts, precise location, health data, or payment information.
Security and service information
We process request identifiers, timestamps, sync state, limited error information, and network information such as IP-derived rate limit signals. We use this information to secure the service, prevent invite guessing and abuse, and diagnose failures. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the current app.
3. Why we use this data
- Provide, synchronize, and secure your private shared space.
- Authenticate your installation and enforce two-member access.
- Save plans, completions, keepsakes, signals, and reactions.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate mutations, and invite guessing.
- Respond to support, privacy, and account-deletion requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
4. Storage and service providers
Everwe keeps installation credentials in the iOS Keychain and may keep a cached copy of shared content in the app’s private storage so previously loaded information remains available. Canonical shared records are stored by our backend service.
We use infrastructure providers, including Fly.io for application hosting and Neon for managed database services, to process data on our behalf. They may process data in countries other than your own. We require service providers to handle data only for the services they provide to us.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We do not share data for cross-context behavioral advertising. Shared-space content is visible to the other member of your pair. We may disclose limited data to service providers, to comply with law, or to protect users, Kant LLC, and the public from harm.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain account and shared-space information while it is needed to provide Everwe. Security records, deletion receipts, and backups may be retained for a limited additional period when reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
In Everwe, open Us → Privacy & account and choose Delete beta account & local data. This revokes backend access, dissolves the pair, clears the local cache, and resets the device identity. You can also request help at yardim@kantakademi.com. Clearing only the device cache does not delete synced server records.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to receive a copy of certain data or complain to a regulator. Contact us to exercise these rights. We may need to verify the request before acting.
8. Security
We use transport encryption, device-only Keychain storage for installation credentials, access controls, hashed invite secrets, and pair-scoped authorization. No security method is perfect, and Everwe is not end-to-end encrypted.
9. Children
Everwe is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below that age. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data to Everwe.
10. Changes and contact
