1. Agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Kant LLC (“Kant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree, do not use Everwe.
2. License
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Everwe on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules.
Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app. If these terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls to the extent required.
3. Your shared space
Everwe is designed for a private space with one other person. You are responsible for the content you add and for sharing invite information only with the person you intend to pair with. You must have the rights needed to provide any content you submit.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Break the law or infringe another person’s rights.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate another person.
- Probe, bypass, or interfere with security or access controls.
- Guess, collect, publish, or misuse other people’s invite codes.
- Automate abusive traffic or disrupt Everwe’s operation.
- Reverse engineer or copy Everwe except where applicable law expressly allows it.
5. Availability and changes
Everwe may change, pause, or discontinue features. Shared writes require a network connection. Device-bound accounts may not be recoverable after a device is lost, reset, or replaced. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
6. No professional advice
Everwe is an activity and keepsake tool. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or relationship counseling and does not measure the quality or health of a relationship.
7. Ownership
Everwe, its software, design, catalog, and branding belong to Kant LLC or its licensors. You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and secure Everwe.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Everwe or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create risk for other users, or use Everwe unlawfully. Sections that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everwe is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kant LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from Everwe. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
